A little about me…
Hey, I’m Nadia!
University-qualified nutritionist, peri-menopause specialist coach, strategic psychotherapist, and international yoga teacher with 20+ years of experience helping women feel sensational.
I’ll let you in on something: getting to this point took some hard (but fun) work.
I tried it all. The old tricks that used to work in my 20s and 30s:
Eating more protein
Exercising excessively
Stopping snacks between meals
Taking meal replacement shakes
The results? Minimal.
But deep down, I knew there had to be a more sustainable way to feel amazing again.
And then it hit me: a woman in her 40s isn’t the same as she was in her 20s. If I wanted real change, I had to start respecting my body, not fighting it.
Once I did, everything shifted:
